Could we get a thread and/or sticky going to collect them all as a resource for Hamiltonians? Hopefully the mods could help with this. There are many contractors out there but few public reviews to be found. Even on this sub the requests seem to get only a few comments before being buried. I recently purchased my first home and I would really appreciate recommendations for a reliable, quality, HVAC technician, electrician, plumber, eavestrough repair person, air quality tester, contractor and structural engineer. Can people please provide recommendations for these services and others that people should know about? I have one to offer - Alpha Locksmith is excellent - great price, quick, friendly, efficient service. TLDR - lets get a sticky with recommendations for Hamilton contractors and home services going.

  Dennys Electric (905) 388-8130. We used him for a kitchen and AC install. He was fast, very good, and came in way less than every other quote we got. Very affordable
