  Carlene H. wrote: Horrible customer service. They got nasty with the recipient of some mother's day flowers because they wanted her to drive to Roanoke to pick them up instead of delivering them to her home in Hardy. They finally dumped them on her porch 4 days later. Then Father's day gift was never delivered at all. No one returned my emails or calls about it. If you don't want to deliver to Hardy, don't claim to service the area on your website. You can't pick and choose when you feel like working. Will be ordering future gifts elsewhere and hope others do the same so they don't waste time or money.
