  Psychiatrist recommendation I have been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts for weeks now. It's getting to be too much to deal with on my own. I need suggestion on psychiatric help. I have blue cross blue shield federal insurance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  Sheppard Pratt has an emergency psych outpatient clinic that takes your insurance and is extremely welcoming and helpful, they are only open M-F 8:30-4, but if you can make it until then I promise there will be help there, in one form or another be it group therapy, inpatient or outpatient, or immediate talk therapy / psychiatry.. I've been to many of the E.R.s in the city and they're also there for this exact reason. I'm proud of you for reaching out.
