It's kind of embarrassing to throw this out there, especially in a sub like this, but I would really appreciate any help or guidance anyone could offer.   I was suffering from depression and anxiety as well and saw Deardre McGuire briefly. While I only saw her for 6 months or so, I liked her a lot.
