  I use [Hitman Pest Control](http://www.hitmanpest.com/). They're a small local company and the guy that comes out and treats is always nice. I think I pay $70-$75 per treatment. Last time he came out he gave me a bunch of copper mesh for free and showed me how to stuff and maintain [weep holes](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c5/Open_stootvoeg.jpg/220 px-Open_stootvoeg.jpg) so I wouldn't have to pay a pest company to do it. They don't force you to sign a contract and I just call them up on a roughly quarterly basis to come spray.
