I cleaned up a lot but there is little to no grass, and the front and back yard are very clumpy. Two stumps that need to be removed. I've thought about removing the stumps myself but with all the house projects i'm doing with two little ones around - I need to find a reputable company that can just come over and till the yard, aerate and seed it and clean it up. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I called all over town and ended up with these guys: https://spokanegreenscape.com/ They did all the prep, then subcontracted for hydroseeding. Since then, I've kept them on contract for sprinkler blowouts and fertilizer services. The company has reorganized a bit over the years, but they seem to have shaken the bugs out. I'm really happy with the service and feel comfortable recommending them.
