  Both [Azabu Stand](http://azabu-style.co.jp/azabu-stand.html) and [Tipplers Arms](http://www.the-tipplers-arms.com/) in Azabu Juban generally have talkative clientele. I'd say the latter is more friendly as it's more of a regular community, the former has a more diverse crowd. Any Hub or 82 Ale can be hit or miss.
