  Recommendations for a neurologist in the DC/NoVa area? I'm looking for a neurologist preferably with expertise in peripheral neuropathies in the DC area. I've looked online but the abundance of generically glowing reviews on ZocDoc that are pretty obviously astroturfed lead me to want a more personal recommendation. Washington, DC 20036 Tel: 202.785.2400 I have suffered from Migraines my entire life, i've been to Hopkins, i've traveled to see "top neurologists" Dr. Macedo, in ONE VISIT; which would normally take several and testing out different medications. Not only properly diagnosed me, but set me on the right medication on the first visit. He's knowledgeable in his field, and truly cares about his patients. The only downside is that he ALWAYS RUNS LATE, and the receptionists need to be replaced. Try to get his first appointment available.
