Crimson Cove is a family owned and operated producer of smoked salmon, cheeses, nuts, and oils created in true Pacific Northwest style. We are located in the picturesque town of Poulsbo on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State.
We not only work as a family, but we spend time together on the boat and in the kitchen cooking up seafood feasts. Crimson Cove is our way of sharing our love of good Northwest style food with all of you.
