About Body Wellness Aesthetics & Massage
Body Wellness was established by Elizabeth MacBain in 2012 to fill a “body wellness” niche in the mid-Vancouver Island area. Elizabeth, the owner/operator, was inspired to focus on body wellness because of her own life journey as well as finding a void in the local market place.
Clients who come to Elizabeth for aesthetic services such as facials, manicures and pedicures often have flawless make-up and lovely lacquered nails, however, hidden beneath are unsightly and unhealthy issues such as blemishes, aging skin and ingrown toenails. Elizabeth corrects these problems and firmly believes that our skin and nails should be given the chance to breath and shine with their own natural beauty.
Elizabeth’s massages are “to live for”. She focuses on health, wellness and relaxation of the total body that includes the mind and spirit. In keeping with her “body wellness” intention, Elizabeth pays attention to every area of her client’s
needs.
About Owner Elizabeth MacBain
Elizabeth’s own life journey has inspired her work in body wellness. Her “raison d'être” is to bring wellness into beauty which led to her opening the Body Wellness Aesthetics and Massage day spa in Nanaimo, BC CANADA. Elizabeth brings an enlightened approach to her massage therapy backed by rigorous training in Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Elizabeth is humbled to be able to help her clients on their journey to a restored body, mind and spirit.

Elizabeth’s products of choice are Dr. Belter facial and skin care line... show more and Essential Aura Aromatherapy certified organic and for massage. Both product lines have similar concepts. They are not only healthy for her clients but are “environmentally aware”.
Clients can purchase Dr. Belter facial and skin care products from Elizabeth. She offers 11 Dr. Belter product lines for mature clients, young adults, teens and men. You can try out these amazing products when you get a facial or a massage from Elizabeth because these are the only products she uses.
Location
Body Wellness Aesthetics and Massage is proud of its downtown location at 25 Cavan St., Nanaimo, BC. It is easily accessible by car, bus or on foot with plenty of parking nearby.
