    Hey Everyone! I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling and I'm looking for a handyman/contractor to replace the insulation and patch up the drywall (its a 3x3 foot hole). Any recommendations or handy neighbors looking for extra cash? I would also appreciate your knowledge input on what you think this should cost? I've gotten some crazy high estimates and I feel a bit like some contractors are taking advantage of the "single female with no knowledge on fixing things."
