Arctic Lens Photography is photography by Nicola M, Bowen (Nikki) who enjoys showing you her view of Alaska via her camera lens. Every once in a while you will see some shots from Jason Bowen on here! Jason generally likes to leave the photographing and editing side of things to Nikki and often will refer to himself as the finance and transportation department ;). The LENS part of Arctic Lens Photography name represents Nikki and Jason's four children who are named Lilly, Ethan, Nathan and Steven.
Nikki is mainly a hobbyist photography and originally from England and has been very blessed to visit and see many great sites around this world. But finally found her heaven on earth in Alaska and found her forever home. Nikki is very at one with nature and nothing brings her greater pleasure than being out with her family exploring Alaska with the joys of having no cellphone signal and really being at one with the great outdoors. Her passion with photography leans heavily towards wildlife and sled dog photography. But you will find her out freezing her butt off under a amazing sky filled by the aurora borealis some winter nights. With wildlife photography the thrill and never knowing what you may see or what will cross your path is what heightens her passion for wildlife photography.
