Getaway Computers is a sister company from Getaway Africa Travel & Tours (www.getawayafrica.com).
Getaway Computers is an Online Computers Store aimed at giving affordable computers to everyone.
The company is run from a home office in Brackenfell: 150 Buitekant Street, Protea Heights, Brackenfell, 7560, Cape Town, Western Cape.
We support nation-wide deliveries, and do our deliveries via Courier at an extra charge.
Payment Methods: Cash/EFT/Instant EFT
How do I buy something from Getaway Computers?
1. Search for the product you wish to buy.
You can use the search bar on the top of the page or go to our Online Store page and browse our catalogue. If the desired product(s) is not on our Online Store feel free to contact us either through the LiveChat App, which will be on the bottom left on the page, or through our Contact Us page, fill in the form found on the Contact Us page and send the request - we will get to your request as soon as possible.
2. Contact Us
Once you have found the product(s) you wish to buy, you get contact us to get a quote, this can be done by going to the menu bar - Contact Us - Get a Quote. Fill in the form and send your request.
3. Payment
After you have collected all of the necessary information about the product(s) and wish to purchase the product(s), you will need to first prompt us on if you would like to collect it yourself or let it be delivered to your door. If you choose to collect it yourself and we have the product in stock, you can either pay at our home office via Cash via Instant EFT with Capitec, FNB, ABSA and Nedbank. If we do not have the product in stock and you wish to collect it yourself or let the product(s) be delivered to your door, we will need to place an order for the product(s) first, the order will be placed after payment is received via Cash/EFT/Instant EFT and cleared in our bank account.
4. Collection
Once the product(s) have been received from our Suppliers, you can come collect it at our home office or we will deliver... show more er the product(s) to your door via Courier if the product(s) is not in stock. If the product is in stock, and you choose to collect it yourself we will transfer the product(s) over to you once you have made payment or if you choose to let the product(s) be delivered to your door, we will send the product(s) to you via Courier once payment is received.
Our Supplier's Return & Exchanges Policies count on all of our products and are available per request as they differ from product to product.
