Huffer Child Care Resource & Referral is 1 of 9 CCR&Rs throughout Indiana that promotes quality child care by providing support services for families, providers and the community.
We believe the the CCR&R system is the appropriate vehicle for promoting quality environments to meet the needs of all young children on our society.
We are committed to providing consumer education service to families to help them understand the importance of seeing that their children are in quality environments. We are also committed to helping child care providers build their own personal skills and build programs that reflect a positive child development knowledge base.
