  Advice please: we're planning to help an ill family member by making a bunch of food that can be frozen and reheated. I'm thinking casseroles are probably good candidates and stuff like lasagna. But would appreciate any specific recommendations for dishes that freeze and reheat well (as well as an answer to a dumb question: do you cook before freezing or freeze uncooked and then cook later?).
