KLM Construction was established in 1990 in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in floor plan corrections, total home renovations, and room additions in Conservation and Historical Districts. We are a full-service company and do lighting design, deck and garden design, paint color selection, and custom kitchen and bath cabinet design. Most of our finishes are handcrafted and one of a kind to match the character of the home we are renovating. KLM strives to build lifelong relationships with our clients. Shortly after its establishment in 1990, KLM Construction moved to the Boston area for about 7 years. The owner, Kelly Martinez, says, "This move gave me the opportunity to work on homes that were over 200 years old! I was able to experience the construction and unique architectures of these homes and grew to love how individual each of them was." Since KLM's return to Texas, we have taken on an array of projects from remodeling homes in historic district's to work with modern homes. Kelly says, "The neighborhoods we typically work in have been in the Kessler Park and East Dallas area, which has given me the opportunity to work on the older homes of Dallas. My company understands the finish outs these homes require to keep their character and value. My other passion is moderns. I have designed and built moderns ground up."
