About us

Mayberry4Paws - a 501 c 3 non-profit group - works to subsidize the cost of spaying and neutering pets in economically disadvantaged households. The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of dogs/cats entering the Surry County Animal Shelter and reduce the number of pets killed there. We incorporate a fostering network into our mission to keep dogs safe while they await adoption. Fostering further reduces the number of dogs killed at the shelter.

I have a little female Chihuahua 3-4 lbs and about 7 yrs.old I am looking for a good home.will not go to just anyone shes good with cats,dogs,kids.would be a great companion to someone.she has not been spayed or been to the vet.I took her from a lady who used her for breeding.all im asking is for vet reference so I know you will have her fixed she's a very loving little dog.

Please contact some good rescues. They will get the dog to the vet and get medical needs taken care of. And then they find them a good home with references checked.
