  Kim M. wrote: This is the first time I've used the sevices of this outfit. Very prompt and most of all james was extremely knowledgeable in his trade. My issue was a heating problem. Within a few hours of hard work on his part, he politely came up to us and said were good to go. James was clean and courteous, explained the heat repairs he made, and made me feel confident about my boiler. I personally will use him every time.

My Co-worker is one of his regular customers and he came highly recommended. Jim responded within 15 minutes because he happened to be in the area and had it fixed in less than 45. Since then, I have called him to fix a stopped up drain in the shower, and replace a broken garbage disposal. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, honest, and stand up guy. You can tell he is proud of his job and provides great customer service since he is not only the owner, but also the service person who comes to your home.. I have Jim in my contacts so that next time something needs done, I know he is a phone call away. 5+ stars.
