Being that my wife and I were on a very strict budget yet still had very high standards and expectations we knew it would be difficult to find the right house. But Tanya wouldn’t stop until she found something both of us liked. We would call her last minute for a viewing, made her take us to what seemed like a million houses, we even would call her with questions/concerns regarding random things yet no matter what Tanya was still smiling, extremely accommodating and most of all professional. Even when it came down to the final days of escrow when we should have been out of her hands she still made sure we were satisfied and comfortable with our discussion. She kept asking if we needed anything else or if we understood everything that was going on. You can tell she takes pride in the work she does. We will continue to refer Tanya Marchiol to our friends and family. If you want the best then you go to Tanya! Thank you, Stephen
