  David M. wrote: Shopping online to refinance my home loan i came across this broker's site on Google and since they were local i decide to give them a call, my first interaction was very pleasant, over the phone they answered most of the question that i asked for except when i asked for what's the rate and fee that they are offering and unlike any other broker that just throws numbers out in the hopes of earning my by giving me the rates and fees that are super low i realized i am being asked questions that no other broker has asked and after thinking about it i realized how was any other broker able to give me rates and fees without having the answers to the questions that i was asked by Houtan. I decided to call them back and setup a time to go down to their office to make sure they are who they claim to be and can actually deliver what they promise and now after 25 days i was able to refinance my loan and get exactly what i was promissed, no surprises or last minute rate and fee changes unlike the last refinance transaction that i had gone through! i highly recommend Houtan and his team if you are looking to refinance your home loan or if you are thinking of buying a home and need mortgage financing.
