  Richard F. wrote: A neighbor recommended this guy when my AC was completely dead. He arrived shortly and within half an hour determined the internal exhaust fan was bad. Sent partner for a part while he unscrewed parts and pieces and had the system back on the air in 1.5 hours. Very nice person also. Very proud of the quality of his work.
