About us

Our aquanatal classes are perfect for helping you to relax and gently exercise when pregnant, while our postnatal classes will set you on the way to feeling like 'you' again, alongside helping you to gently get back to exercise after pregnancy.

We offer classes in Winchester, Southampton, Fareham, Whiteley, Gosport, Romsey, Botley, Stockbridge and New Alresford.

We also offer water-based bump photo shoots, where we'll capture some unique images of your pregnancy for you to share with your baby in years to come.
