  Does anyone have INR guidelines? I have the one on the APTA website but it says for stroke survivors and I’m looking for general guidelines. I work in a SNF and we have a large number of patients with high INRs lately. Our rehab director and regional are saying we can’t hold therapy without an MD order, which we wouldn’t get. I don’t want to do something that could put my license on the line and I’d like to have something to show them. Thanks in advance!
