Stitchagain service, repair and sell domestic sewing machines. We are fully authorised dealers of Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking, Bernette, Bernina and Baby Lock machines and are also a recognised service and repair dealer of Janome and Elna.
Our service department has grown through word of mouth with excellent referrals, giving us a high level of repeat business. We always set their standards high and aim to exceed their customer’s expectations.
We are a small family business located in the village of Horndean, Waterlooville near Petersfield in Hampshire and as well as sewing machine sales, repair and service, we also offer a range of high quality accessories for Bernina, Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking, Bernette, Baby Lock, Elna and Janome .
We offer an unparalleled level of customer support and product expertise. When a customer’s machine comes to stay with Stitchagain for a service or repair, it is always a qualified engineer that carries out the work and always to exacting standards, using only genuine parts. We continue to invest in manufacturer training and specialised equipment for our own fully equipped workshop, so customers can rest assured their machine is in good hands.

We are also dealers for Horn furniture, offering a wide range of specialised sewing cabinets and accessories.

Dave T. asked:Help needed.. does anybody know or is there anybody on this page who is a sewing machine mechanic?. I have 6 standard machines and 3 overockers which need servicing/repairing at my unit in Waterlooville. I would rather someone come to me for servicing as machines in use but can take machines for repairs. Servicing would then be scheduled for a regular 3 to 6 month plan to reduce breakdowns etc. These are domestic NOT industrial machines, Any help would be most appreciated.
