Open daily, year round Moaning Cavern Adventure Park offers a multitude of exciting and fun, family adventures:
Underground enjoy a 45-minute guided walk tour of this impressively massive cavern learning about its geology and history. If you are an adventurous person, continue on with a 2-hour wild caving Adventure Trip (reservations required).
Above ground, enjoy an adrenaline rush on our twin 1/4 mile long zip lines above the rolling foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Super style makes your zip even faster and more exciting!
Race your friends to the top of our 32-ft tall custom climbing tower with 10 routes and an automatic belay system. First to the top rings the bell!
For kids and geologist enthusiasts, crack a gemstone open and see the beautiful crystals inside, gemstone mine or gold pan in our custom flume system, or browse our science and nature themed visitor center.

Our kids and grand-kids are coming up for the weekend and my daughter mentioned her friend said there was a place in the area that has caves that young kids can explore.
