Let's talk Cake! -If you would like to order, please give us a call or send a message.
A two week notice is beneficial for all Regular Orders. If it is less than a two week notice, orders will be taken only if there is an opening for the date requested.
Policies-
For Regular Orders:
A 50% deposit is required for any cake order over $50 and is due when the order is placed. All deposits are nonrefundable, even in the event of a cancellation. In the event that you need to reschedule 12% of your total will be added to the amount due at delivery on new date. A reschedule date must be provided within 4 days prior to the event (In some circumstance’s this fee may be waived). If a reschedule date is provided less than 4 days before event, 16% of your total will be added to the amount due at delivery on new date.
This cancellation/reschedule policy helps cut down on waste and allows for other customers to be reached in the event of a cancellation.
It is your responsibility to notify Sweet Batter Cakery of any changes in venue, or the date of venue. We are not responsible for lack of communication.
Weddings Orders and 3D Cakes-
A $100 save the date deposit is required when order is placed. It is nonrefundable; even in the event of a cancellation or back-out. The remaining balance for wedding orders/3D cakes are due 14 days prior to the date of venue.
In the event that you need to reschedule a fee of 15% of your total will be due upon date change. A reschedule date must be provided within 14 days prior to the event (In some circumstance’s this fee may be waived). If a reschedule date is provided less than 7 days before event, 25% of your total will be due upon date change. In the event that you cancel 5 days or less before venue date no refund will be given at all. This includes save the date deposit as well as all money collected for wedding order/3D cakes thus far.
With wedding cakes and 3D cakes, a 4-week notice is beneficial. If less than a 4 week notice a one-time $50.00... show more rush fee is added and is due with the deposit. It also is non-refundable (if the date is available).
No wedding orders or 3D cake orders will be taken less than 7 days prior to the original date of venue (if the date is available).
Save the date deposit is $100.00. It is a non-refundable deposit due to secure booking. It is due when your order is placed.
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the original date of venue.
