How Does it Work
True trades makes your life easier by taking the stress away from you of trying to find the right person for the job you have in mind.
STEP 1:
You contact True Trades via any means that suits you. You can call us, email us, fill in the form on the website, contact via facebook or even Whatsapp.
Tell us what the job is that you need to be done. Depending on the type or size of job we will determine whether a site inspection is needed or not. If needed we will come and meet with you and go through all the aspects of the job to determine exactly what is needed.
STEP 2:
You relax and let the relevant parties contact you.
We will make contact with reputable contractors that are suited to the job as will be discussed with you and ensure that they make contact with you timeously. We will follow up with them to make sure the site meeting has happened and ensure that you receive your quotation within a reasonable timeframe.
If you require more than one quotation we will arrange for up to 3 different contractors to provide you with a quotation for the same work.
STEP 3:
Once you have agreed to the work with the contractor of your choice they will go ahead with the work directly with you. We will however do random site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and to ensure that you are satisfied with progress.
STEP 4:
On completion of work we will ensure that you as the client are satisfied and wish you well for any future projects, and look forward to working with you again in the future.
