Impressive response time! He gave us several options to resolve the problem, didn't try to "hard sell" anything but didn't sugar coat anything either. I appreciated the honesty and integrety.He fit us in to the schedule within 2 weeks of us settling on a shingle colour looking for a window of opportunity with lousy weather and a busy schedule.The roof looks great and I am soooo relieved to have it done.Thanks to Ryan (who has 41 years of roofing experience) and the rest of the crew for their hard work!
