Kim S. asked:Attention fellow lead footers I need some advice. Any advice will help! Soooo any suggestions as to what should be done if you get a ticket going 81 and a 65? That 16 miles over. If you recommend a lawyer about how much does something like that run & who to call? I have absolutely no idea nor do I have a clue as to how much the ticket will be. Just the court date. Help.
Melissa C. replied:call this guy - Dever gave me his name when I got a ticket-they play Rugby together...it was like 200-250 atty fee and my court costs were 263...I never had a speeding ticket so he was able to get it reduced to a equipment ticket. No points and no increase in insurance rates...way cheaper...Cory Rosensteel 704 714 1450 - they were great and I was doing 76 in a 60...fun fun fun! I wouldn't wing it yourself.
