  Hi Eddie, my agency Human Services Association has a new medical insurance program that will eventually help out with the transisition of ObamaCare. They can call 562-806-5400 and ask for the CHOI program and someone can help them look into what they can qualify for. They can ask for Elizabeth or Cecilia in the ChOI Program.
