Stephen sent Thaddeus out that very day to look at what had to be done (window replaced / attic cleaned out / attic vents replaced) as well as go over other things we'd like to have done in the future. Before the end of the day, they sent an estimate on all of the jobs. We went over what we could afford and the very next week, Thaddeus and Greg (? - I think that's his name - but I know my dog really liked him) came out and completed all of the jobs. The entire staff couldn't be more professional, friendly, polite, honest and genuinely concerned about the job they were doing. In short, they treated OUR house like THEIR home. We will be contacting them in the future for any of our large and small home improvement needs.
