  I have really bad posture. I have started to have nerve (and probably disc) issues in my neck and back because of it and I now have have burning pain in my neck and upper back. I want to try to fix it but I'm unsure as to where to start. Has anyone seen a chiropractor for bad posture? Did it help? I've also been told to see an orthopedic specialist in order to get a script for PT and someone else recommended I see a trainer in order to learn exercises to help strengthen my core and back. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Any doctors or chiropractors that you would recommend? I am trying to work out, but I hurt my neck because my posture is so bad that I end up not having correct form. Very frustrating!
