  Dr Kramer He is with Cardiology PC 860-522-5712. I know he has offices in Hartford and Farmington. He is a HH Doc. He was my mother’s doctor. Dr Kramer is an excellent doctor, young, intelligent and very kind. You can’t go wrong. Best of luck.
