Originally founded by Laura Vonk in 1996, Missouri Trailblazing has been the tried and true guide to Missouri’s equestrian trails and camping. After 20 years of updates, creating new maps, and publishing, Laura retired in 2017.
In April 2017, Melinda Burgoon purchased all rights to the Missouri Trailblazing. Melinda, along with a team of trail riding enthusiasts and volunteers, will continue to publish the book with new updates, new maps, and new information as needed.
