  Does anyone know of any good dog obedience classes or affordable trainers? I recently adopted a 3 year old dog from the shelter and she is an absolute handful. I'm pretty positive she was abused, neglected and didn't have much human or dog contact. Crate training has gone terrible. She has broken a metal cage and now chewed through her plastic one. She cuts her nose in this process by constantly shoving the cage with her snout. She's been in my place for 3 weeks and still growls, barks and lunges at my roommate who constantly feeds her and simply walks past her. Realize I need a lot of help. Any recommendations are appreciated. I actually get anxious when I go home after work to see if she escaped again and if she tore up more of my carpet or any other damage she's done lol.

  Looking for a good puppy trainer that isn't going to break me and looking for puppy play dates. She is 4 months old and a hand full! She has alot of energy and doesn't really listen.
