Granite Enterprises, Inc. is a highly reputable and professional family owned and operated, Idaho based corporation with over 30 years of roofing/construction experience. Granite Roofing is owned and operated by Lance E. Ragan and Tracey Ragan--with their son, Josh, and daughter-in-law, Chelsea, coming in to help with expanding the business--all of whom are from North Idaho.
Granite maintains licenses in Idaho, Washington, and Montana. We are also an insured and bonded company. Our reputation for friendliness and customer satisfaction gives Granite the opportunity and ability to increase our job list every year simply from referrals and call backs.
We are a North Idaho Roofing and Sheet Metal company serving all of North Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana--including area as far South as Lewiston, as far West as Moses Lake and many others in between.
We are North Idaho's only certified Carlisle Membrane commercial roofer. We are also certified with a variety of other manufacturer, as can been seen in the images below. These certifications allow us to do repairs on roofs and still enable the customer to maintain their current roof warranties.
Granite Enterprises Roofing is based merely on referrals and word of mouth recommendation, with minimal advertisement. Pick up a phone book from the late 1990s one day and you will still see Granite Enterprises Roofing.
