Hi San Clemente friends. I’m looking for suggestions to help my young teenager with anxiety/panic attacks. My first step with all this was a call to find a councilor/therapist. Any suggestions are appreciated. No negative comments please. TIA.

I would see an Endocrinologist and get complete blood levels checked to rule out physical related issues. avoid doctors pushing medications...unless you can’t resolve with other means.. Highly recommend Dr Arlene Unger (949) 240-7302 a physiologist and works with children, teens and adults...Teaches CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and other coping skills.... Susan Naziri is a Chinese Medicine/Acupuncturist and in SJC (949) 542-9273. Maybe be CBD oil, herbs homeopathy...... Activities that will help your child learn to deal with this....Sports, Art, Music or many of the programs mentioned above.
Looking for recommendations for a therapist for my 8yo daughter. She's having trouble adjusting to the divorce and I would like to find someone to talk to. Thanks!
