My favorite person in the entire world is getting married to her best friend on August 3rd at one of the Southside lakehouses...however for me to be able to attend I would have to stay in a $500 a night ritzy hotel room (the Ritz Carlton), plus pay for food, rental car, and valet parking. That's not including round trip from Maryland and back which in and of itself is a whole other hurdle... I was wondering what other options are available for a girl that only makes minimum wage. I am even willing to sleep in a tent. My plan was to take a round trip train out there so I can pack my own food and then use lyft or uber for transportation. The only issue is finding somewhere to stay that won't be breaking my budget and won't have a huge ordeal about my service dog (pictured for attention) Any information about cheap campgrounds/air bnbs in the area would be absolutely fantastic. I will only be staying for a few days, but if I can make it happen I would like to stay longer and check out the beauties of california....the furthest west I have been is Missouri so I would really love the chance to explore the beautiful country. Any ideas about cheap and efficient ways to stay, travel and where to visit would be amazing.
