I am surrounded by creative, incredible family and friends so at first I didn't budget a coordinator in, but I'm thinking it would take a lot of stress off to have one. We would just need someone the day of to ensure our vision comes to life. We'll be doing the planning leading up to the wedding. Any recommendations for someone affordable yet detail oriented??

  ISO Day of assistance $500 - Fairfield, PA Hi! I am looking for someone to help on the day of; we will need someone to help move a few pieces from the ceremony into the reception space during cocktail hour and then full tear down after the ceremony (centerpieces, leftover favors, a few signs and misc. decorations). I have a day of coordinator but she will not be responsible for tear down. The reception will be ending between 9-10, we will need someone to pack up all of the decorations that we brought and load it into a vehicle for us. Hoping to stay within $500 for 5-6 hours.

Between me & the bridal party there are 4 different ethnicities. I would love someone with a studio/salon in Frederick that we could go to, but open to mobile services too. Officiant- 20 minute secular ceremony, indoors Videographer- Looking for someone who is trying to build a portfolio and willing to do it much cheaper than industry average. Lastly... if anyone knows of a reasonable florist or flower farm, please let us know. To give an idea, we do not have the budget for $100 centerpieces.
