That I am deeply knowledgable on first time buyer programs and that I have even taught first time homebuyer seminars throughout my career. They'll tell you I have extensive experience in relocation & REO transactions and that I can effortlessly assist buyers and sellers moving to and from the state. How do I do this? I consistently follow market fluctuations spanning from Harford Co down to northwest Baltimore Co so as to help my clients, both buyers and sellers, make confident and informed real estate decisions. I have a network of professional industry contacts to help facilitate any part of a transaction from mortgage financing down to handyman repair. I am accessible, dependable & boldly state that I will be different from any other agent in my competitive circle. I am matter-of-fact, but I swiftly climbed up a 17 year real estate ladder & those clients know it, experienced it, benefited from it, so of course, they'll tell you about it!
