  Russ D. wrote: Christopher Manco was hired to paint the outside of my home and it was completed a while after he was paid; he never returned to finish the touch ups on some light spots. He was hired to replace the roof of my house and was paid in August of 2018. After weekly excuses I let him know I needed my money back so I can hire someone who will actually do the job. Christopher Manco ran off with my money, and with his excuses every week why he cant pay( I have not even seen $1 from this man) I believe he has no intentions of ever paying. PLEASE do not fall into this scam as I did. Christopher Manco asked me to remove my one star reviews November 3rd in exchange for 2 weeks to get some of my refund to me, this was 4 weeks ago so I am posting something more in depth now. Also, Consumer Protection has let me know this company/Christopher has NO LICENSE in ANYTHING home improvement related. UNLICENSED. Christopher, I am tired of the excuses of why this or why that. WHEN you have my money to send back, send it. When I am paid, I will remove this, we can settle out of court, and possibly criminal charges won’t be filed.

We hired him to fix painting done by a previous painter - he did nothing but paint a few spots. He painted our front porch - the entire porch has bubbled. It has to be redone. He promised many times to come back and fix everything but has been a no show. He has had many excuses over time even telling my husband to take down his bad reviews - man to man he said. Yet he still has not showed up. We are filing a small claims action against him this week.
