About us
Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes is a local cake making and decorating business based in Shebbear, Devon.
Your cake will be freshly made to order to your requirements and design. Each cake is made with fresh ingredients and using free range eggs.
From the baking of the cake to making the decorations everything is hand made by Jax herself. All sponge cakes are made within a few days of collection.
Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes is registered with Torridge District Council with a 5 star food hygiene rating and fully insured.
Jax has a Food Hygiene certificate, Allergy Food Training, an Award in Level 1 Cake Decorating and an Award in Level 1 Sugar Flowers.
I have a portacabin in which my kitchen is based and is solely used for cake and bakes.
Cupcakes
Cupcake orders over 24 cupcakes can have multiple flavours (amount of flavours depends on how many cupcakes ordered)
Different coloured butter cream and cupcake cases/ wrappers are available on request otherwise white cupcake cases are used.
Minimum order of 6, must be ordered in multiples of 6.
I can bake to special dietary requirements - for example, gluten free and lactose free.
