  Does anyone know of any ac companies hiring? My fiance is looking for a new job. Hes 24 has his own truck for transportation. Very reliable and a hard worker. Thinking about moving back to the area and would need a new job. He's been doing ac work with his dad since he was around 13. He does mostly commercial ac but will do anything.   Just had a service tech come out from Del-Air and my AC unit needs to be replaced. The unit is over 14 years old and leaking freon.   I am looking for a good AC person. Any suggestions? The problem is my AC runs for about 2 hours then only pushes hot air. Turn it off about an hour and this process is repeated on and off all day. It has had freon added and I see no freezing up of the unit. Any suggestions appreciated.
