About us
We are based in Leverington just north west of Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. Woolcroft is a friendly, family run business with many years of riding and horse experience.
We work for the British Equestrian Federation conducting research alongside Fairfax Saddles and Centaur Biomechanics to investigate pressure and the freedom of movement in the horses we test. This enables us to help improve the riding of not only our British teams but the general public too, and help maintain soundness whilst improving the wellbeing of our horses.
We provide a wide range of services to meet your equestrian needs. These include:
The saddlery shop which stocks a huge variety of products for both horse and rider and many top quality and popular brands ranging from Albion to Anky.
Our saddle fitting service run by Mark Fisher, a Qualified Saddle Fitter and Master Saddler.
Our training facilities that include riding instruction and a floodlit ménage.
We also have other services including a rug repair service on the premises.

Rebecca P. asked:Saddle help FREE - St Neots Hi. I'm looking for recommendations for a good saddle fitter. We have a rotund, flat backed, no wither cob x pony. Every saddle we've tried on her slips up her neck except the one were currently using, but it is very old & the gullet very narrow which is causing pain in her shoulder. We think she would be better with a synthetic saddle either a changeable gullet as she does change shape dramatically depending on the time of year. Sorry for the rambling post & thanks in advance for your help.
