  Super gross post ahead. No rude comments please, looking for help not judgement. My dental hygiene is a disaster. I have not been to a dentist in over 2 years. I have GERD, and every time I brush my teeth with any kind of toothpaste (even all natural homemade) I vomit. So I have been brushing my teeth with water and using mouthwash. I need to see a dentist. Looking for recommendations on a dentist and hygienist who will be patient and understanding and gentle. I am afraid I will most certainly vomit during my cleaning so I need someone gentle and understanding.
