About us
Kari Kramer Ayala, Owner/Broker of New Orleans Property Services, LLC, , has been active in the New Orleans real estate market for over twelve years. Kari is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown CT (BA, Latin American Studies), and Tulane University, New Orleans LA (MA, Latin American Studies). She was a Fulbright Scholar in Chile, South America in 1995-1996. Kari has traveled extensively throughout Central and South American, and Europe, and is fluent in Spanish. Kari helped to start the International School of Louisiana, a public, charter school in New Orleans offering full immersion programs in Spanish and French. She has continued to play a role in the changing educational landscape of New Orleans, having worked at Esperanza Charter School as the MIddle School Division Head and the founding administrator of the International High School of New Orleans. She is passionate about education, real estate, and New Orleans.

I’m also wondering if anyone has experience using a realtor to locate a rental? I’m wondering if that would be worth my time instead of scouting out rentals on my own. I’m not sure if the fees for using a realtor to find a new rental would be worth not having to put the leg work forward to find one on my own, etc... anyways, any help is appreciated!
