  Hello, my husband and I just bought a house and will be moving to Bridgeport this summer. While it's unfortunate that Rt 23 is now closed for an entire year, we're still happy to be moving here! Could anyone fill us in on any events going on this summer, or other stuff we should know (trash day, recycling day? etc) We're also looking for any recommendations on electricians, HVAC installers, and mechanics local to Bridgeport.   I use Kanze HVAC 610-449-9677. They were recently recommended to me and were awesome.. price was reasonable and the guy who came to the house was very nice and polite! His name was Dave. I grew up in Bridgeport, Bush St, one of my sisters now have the house. I live off 23 now in Swedeland. Love the area.. always have!
