  Caterer recommendations for lobster boil? My wife transitioned from vegetarian to pescetarian thanks to a fantastic lobster boil a few years back. Now a few years later, for her birthday she'd like to host a lobster boil. Alas, neither of us know the first thing about cooking one.   I know sam's chowder house as a lobster bake package. they give you a big pot, all the food, utensils, etc. I've actually never done it but have eaten at sam's before and it's pretty good.
