  Looking for an experienced contractor or company that can turn a one car garage into a bedroom and bathroom. Also looking for someone to build a garage. Someone that could point me in the right direction in steps to take to start on the garage like if we can even do that where we live and what type of permit would be needed and if we would need to do the permit part or if the contractor would handle that.
