Once I got home and got a chance to play with it, I think it's good. I'd give it at least an 8.5/10. All the people there were really nice and my haircut looks good.   Need recommendations for a good men's hair stylist in Chicago My hair is a mess. It's wavy, fine, and totally unmanageable, and I've just been letting it grow out for lack of a better plan. What I really want is to sit down with a professional hair stylist and have them give me some ideas on different hair styles. I've always gone to $8 haircut chains, and I have a feeling that isn't the right place to get this need met. Instead of groping around in the dark, does anyone have recommendations for good men's hair stylists in Chicago somewhere around the north side? Also, how much can I expect to pay and tip? I'm not cheap, but I just want a baseline for shopping around.
